Checking the Server and Agent Versions

When contacting SAS Technical Support you may be asked to provide information about the version of SAS Enterprise Session Monitor that you are running. This note explains how you can provide accurate version information for both the Server and Agent components.

Server

The version information for all of the components of the Server can be obtained by clicking on the SAS Logo in the top left hand corner of the application. When the logo is clicked, a dialog box appears showing you the version information:

Agent

The version information for the Agent can be obtained by going to the Admin settings section of the application and selecting the Agent Settings tab. The version of the Agent(s) can be found in the App version column of the presented table.
